All the reasons you should start being active
How
many resolutions have you planned thoroughly, only to ditch them a few weeks
later when they become unmanageable? Trust me I've done it so many times.
We
all have this words engraved in our brain that exercising will do you good
however most of us are too busy to keep this basic instinct in routine however
if you do put aside 30 minutes daily just to keep that little precious heart
pumping, all the benefits would be worthwhile (seriously I’m not trying to
bribe you here). No matter how busy we are, it is imperative to keep exercising
as a part of your life. Even though it is a walk with your dog, or just 20
minutes of brisk walking. Here
are some evidences why regular exercise is imperative at all cost. First thing
first, the acquirement of a great body who doesn’t want that? but it doesn’t
stop there guys. Here are why...
Reduce the incidence of physical health
disorders
Regular
exercising can improve our well-being in general as it helps to generate the
pumping action of our blood flow to deliver the nutrition throughout our whole
body. Whilst nutrition also plays a huge role maintaining our health, however
exercise has the capability to decrease the incidence of cardiovascular
disease, colon and breast cancer and diseases such as Alzheimer depression and
anxiety. As unreal as it may sounds but that’s the fact guys!
Increase brain activity and development
Aerobic fitness has also been linked with
cognition and academic achievement. Whilst, nutrition helps to improve the
health and development of brain function and integrity. one of example would be
omega - 3 fatty acids in salmon fish oil in supplying brain development
materials. However, diet that is high in saturated fats (bad kind of fat),
sugar, or super high calories kills important brain cells which is responsible
in transmit significant informations. Basically, brain is highly dependant to
ample amount of important nutrition in order for it to properly functioning.
Improve body strength and image
This
is visually satisfying as with exercising regularly, the physically remarkable
result is what keeps you stay exercising. The reason is because, the benefits
are seriously worthwhile especially as it is noticeable too. The physical
benefits that I am highlighting are, improvement in movement muscle mass and
changes in performance aspects which are; balance, flexibility, core muscle
strength and abdominal muscle strength. Moreover, it also helps in reduction of
body weight and body fat mass at the same time however, this has to be in track
with daily dietary balances to get rid that irritating body fat.
Helps to reduce mood swings
As
we all have heard, exercise can help to combat stress, well friends you heard
it exactly right! According
to credible source of researches, apparently regular exercises can help with
improving quality of life through the reduction of stress, anxiety, and
improvement in sleep quality. This is because exercise release this
specific brain’s neurotransmitters receptors called endorphins, which can help
to de-stress your body and soul. Hence, all the above benefits will
trigger yourself to be a higher quality person.
Menopause pain
This
is a good news for all mums or middle aged women out there!
Virtually
any form of exercise, from aerobics to yoga, can act as a pain reliever. This
is because exercise has evidently improves not only general health and physical
state, it also help in pain perception especially for middle aged woman common
condition called fibromyalgia. If you're not an athlete or even if you’re not
out of shape, you can still make a little exercise go a long way toward pain
management. This is because exercise can improve your well-being through the
reduction of fatigue, depression, mobility and post surgical lymphedema.
Your state of mind is as just as important as your body, and is
often neglected due to the business of life however it is not a reason why you
should give up that body of yours! After all you only have one body that you
should be responsible with! Therefore, remember the above list of reasons to
keep you motivated. So, get up, start being active and set your goals now!
